Spring Promo - $30 off new patient appointments in May
As of May and June 2025, my contracts with commercial insurance plans are ending. Starting May 20, 2025, I’ve introduced updated self-pay rates designed to prioritize:
Time-Based Appointments
More flexibility to fit your schedule and budget.
Transparent Pricing
Know exactly what you’ll pay at the time of your visit—no surprise bills later.
No Insurance Hassles
Care focused entirely on your needs, without navigating insurance restrictions.
Individualized Visits
Appointments tailored to your concerns, not limited by insurance coding or time constraints.
Lower-Cost New Patient Visits
Reducing barriers to getting started with chiropractic care.
Note: Appointments scheduled before May 20, 2025, will be billed according to the previous pricing structure.
Patients using insurance will be notified individually regarding how these changes affect their coverage, including the date I will no longer be considered in-network with their plan and any situations in which I may still be required to submit claims on their behalf after that date.
New Patient Visit – $118
Includes treatment, if indicated, and a comprehensive history and physical exam to ensure chiropractic care is safe and appropriate for your condition.
Standard Visit (40 minutes) – $59
Recommended for most patients. Care is individiualized to each person based on many factors and may include spinal or extremity adjustments or mobilizations, soft tissue therapies, instrument-assisted adjustments or soft tissue therapies (cupping, scraping, etc.), targeted exercises, ergonomic or postural guidance, atheltic taping, pain education, and home care recommendations.
Quick Visit (15 minutes) – $29.50
Available to returning patients seen within the last 2 months for a single, uncomplicated concern.
Not intended for new or worsening symptoms. If additional time is needed, the visit may be extended and billed accordingly, or a follow-up may be scheduled.
Note: Pricing is the same regardless of patient age, since a comprehensive and age-appropriate exam is required for all patients.
$5 surcharge applies for athletic taping services to account for cost of materials.
I am currently contracted with Asuris Northwest Health and HMA. I bill these plans directly and collect any applicable copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. Please enter your insurance information and upload a photo of your insurance card.
Note: My contracts with these plans are ending soon. Patients using insurance will be notified individually regarding how these changes affect their coverage, including the date I will no longer be considered in-network with their plan and any situations in which I may still be required to submit claims on their behalf after that date.
For out-of-network plans, I do not bill your insurance, and you are responsible for any payment due. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I will not accommodate requests to change invoices or codes for insurance reimbursement.
I am currently in the process of enrolling with Medicare part B. To utilize your Medicare part B, payment will be collected out-of-pocket at the time of service, and once enrolled, I will retroactively submit claims for reimbursement. Medicare only covers spinal manipulation during active care, and you are financially responsible for all other out-of-pocket expenses at the time of service. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
If you are paying out-of-pocket for services, payment is preferred at the time of service. Please let me know if there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from making payment on the same day treatment is rendered. I reserve the right to discontinue care in the case of nonpayment for services.
Please let me know if your treatment is related to an open workers’ compensation, motor vehicle, or other injury claim where a third party is responsible for payment. Payment may be due at the time of service.
Don’t hesitate to reach out with any billing questions! Navigating insurance can be challenging, but it shouldn’t stand in the way of getting the care you need. Visit the Contact page to get in touch.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules if preferred. I understand life happens and will make exceptions when needed.
New patients who reschedule after a late cancellation may incur a $30 fee, and established patients may incur a $15 fee per occurrence. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
